After years' consideration, I finally make the dicision "at my call".
It has been a extremely difficulty decision for me to resign; however, the longer I stay, the less happiness I enjoy at here. From the first day I joined the company, I have been known that this place won't be my final destination of career. For all the years contribution, I don't see the commitment and integrity existing here, which kills my enthusiam.
Many people have left, and part of them were not make by their free will. Moreover, it was the execuse from the top management, not to mention the boasts. I'm lucky that I can still make this decision at my own "free will" now. I don't won't to wait till the last minutes to realize that I've become a useless burden of the company.
All I hope is to leave the lies, the vanity, and the irresponsible behind, and move on. And "to be or not to be" won't be an problem for me anymore.
Just like the Taiwan Minister said on his resignation: God Bless Taiwan People!
